A group of design students visited Ulrik Solum Waagsether (writer) and Sindre Veseth Foss (art director) at the Oslo ad agency Reklamebyrået Ernö. The company name comes from the Hungarian chef (Erno) they aspire to hire as the agency chef. Ulrik and Sindre shared their process and style. We saw several of their projects including a TV commercial for a supermarket that slammed the viewer with image after image of Norwegian fishing industry, ocean, and fjords. They have fun with their work. We saw a heavy metal fest invitation and a pro-bono project using teens and Instagram for a Munch exhibition. Oh, and they had a house dog!
